The name “Druzy” refers to the tiny crystals that are located on the surface of what it calls a “host” rock, in this case, the host stone is an Agate crystal. But it can also form in Quartz crystals or other stones. The geological process of crystallisation occurs when water brings minerals to the host rock’s surface. Over sometimes millions of years, the formation of a layer of crystals creates this magical gem!
