Shipping and returns

Shipping time

All the pieces are handmade, I keep a small selection in stock and these pieces can be shipped within a week after the order has been made. Other pieces are made to order and takes 4–8 weeks to complete and ship. Please contact me if you have any inquiries about the delivery of your order.

I use insured postage for all the shipping, to ensure that your piece is under the best circumstances until it reaches you. In some cases it will also require a signature for the goods on delivery.

Return / exchange

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at form@fridasjogren.com, please note that the pieces are handmade and some variation can occur.

If you want to return your purchase you can do so within 7 days after the package has been delivered to the delivery address. In order to process your return correctly, make sure that you send me an email with the information of your product, and that you receive a response from us. Please send your package back to me with insured postage (we also recommend that you retain proof of sending). The return address is included with the delivery note of your order. If you are unsure of the process, please send me an email (form@fridasjogren.com) and I will answer your question.

I will refund you what you paid for your order but not the postal return charge.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of your cancellation notice, and as the items have been received by me, in their original condition.

International Shipping

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for appropriate charges of your country to keep you from unexpected charges.
